Jas Jandu 

I am an Executive Director and Solicitor at Manak Solicitors, where I jointly lead our Residential Property department and jointly lead our Private Client Dept advising on a range of matters, including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Declarations of Trust.

I joined the firm as a trainee in 2007, qualified in 2009, and became a Partner in 2013. Since then, I have helped drive Manak’s growth and reputation across Kent and the surrounding towns, combining legal expertise with a commitment to exceptional client service.

Clients come to me for clear, practical advice — whether they are navigating a high-value property transaction or making important personal and financial plans for the future. I am regularly instructed on complex and prime residential matters, particularly in luxury estates such as Farnborough Park, Keston Park, and Chelsfield Park, acting for both developers and high-net-worth individuals.

As Executive Director, I directly support the Managing Director in overseeing the firm’s operations and strategic direction. This means I take a personal interest in the quality of every client’s experience — something reflected in our strong reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and Review Solicitors.
